    John W. Connors

     

    John is the CEO of Predictive Insight Selling. The firm works with sales organizations that are in transition by meeting the demanding and ever changing needs of customers. He has worked with thousands of sales people in a wide variety of industries including banking, retail, chemical, energy services and telecommunications companies.

    John has a B.A. degree in Psychology and an M.A. degree in Counseling. He has incorporated his years of counseling experience with his many years of selling to implement exciting and innovative sales training and sales management experiences in ways that cause organizations to change how they view selling and their relationships with customers.

    He is the author of two very successful books titled; "Everybody Sells, Increase Your Competitive Advantage," and "Service Slam Dunk, How to Win and Keep Loyal Customers With Outstanding Services". John is also co-author of another informative book titled, "Real World Communication Strategies that Work", published by Insight Publishing.

    Ryan Scribner

    Ryan is a key player on the Predictive Insight team, beginning with a major role in the building of our interactive advertising and marketing campaign. Ryan’s sales approach is to work closely with clients to design custom programs to meet their needs while building long-term relationships. 


    He feels by engaging in the power of collaboration inspires a positive ‘customer experience’ which eliminates buying obstacles and identifies customer value drivers.
